Online conference registration
Registration is simple and easy through online registration. You can pay by credit card from a secure site. Complete the online registration below and follow the instructions to enter credit card information. You will receive an e-mail to confirm the transaction.

You also can use online registration if you pay by check; after submitting the form online, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration, and later you will be invoiced.

Conference cancellation policy
Full conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than Sept. 12, 2008.  Conference fees less $150 will be refunded on written request only if received by Sept. 26, 2008.  No refunds will be granted after that time or for "no shows."
