Special Conference Stimulus Discount

New this year: Recognizing the impact of continuing economic uncertainties, the Executive MBA Council is offering its own conference economic stimulus package with two parts:

• Members who register online and pay before the early registration deadline of August 27, 2010, can save $300 off the conference registration fee – that’s an extra $100 discount from last year’s rate.
  
  
• Members who register online and pay before the early registration deadline of August 27, 2010, also qualify for a drawing in which one lucky registrant will receive a complementary three-night stay at the host hotel during the conference.

More good news: Conference fees remain the same as last year.

Also, don’t forget to make your hotel reservations at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, which serves as the conference site. Again, it pays to reserve your room early. Reserve your hotel room before or on Sept. 21, 2010, to obtain the conference hotel room rate of $209 (Canadian dollars) per night for a single or double standard room based on availability. Online conference registration
Registration is simple and easy through online registration. You have two options: Registering and paying by credit card from a secure site, or registering and paying by check or purchase order (PO).

If you pay by credit card, you will be directed to a secure online payment system after completing and submitting your registration form, and you will receive confirmation of your transaction as well as confirmation of your registration.

If you pay by check or PO, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration and later an invoice for payment.

Conference cancellation policy
Full conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than Sept. 3, 2010.  Conference fees less $150 will be refunded on written request only if received by Sept. 17, 2010.  No refunds will be granted after that time or for "no shows."
